Yeah! Our technician's visa went through- he came to the ship and now the innernet is finally up! :) So these will be more brief than normal, as I try to catch up over two weeks time- but then again a picture says a thousand words. :)

Story goes- little Steph and I went shopping one day...had the day off, you know... and found ourselves in the meat market. At first we were just overwhelmed with the sights and smells- you can buy pretty much ANYTHING there. Every part of the animal is eaten or used here, as resources are often scarce. Well as you can see from the pictures, Steph and I thought it would be good to have a little Anatomy and Physiology review. Our specimen? A cow heart. For 4.00 American, we had a little review and a lot of fun :)
